Coffee beans supply roast flavour when finely ground for seasoning or brewed with water. Roast and grind are Use-specific forms of one material.
Handling
Use medium-roast whole beans for the Manchego powder. Keep each AeroPress dose and grind control distinct; do not infer the brew roast from the cheese Recipe.
Culinary Use
Use 2.5 g for grinding and sifting as a plate seasoning, 18 g for Competition Cup, or 15 g for Everyday Cup.
